Terms of Use

The Website provides information about the furnished studios and spaces that Antigoni Group offers for rent in Thessaloniki — primarily to students — and allows you to contact us about availability, viewings, or further details.

No bookings, payments, or contracts are concluded through the Website.

3.1. We make every effort to keep the information on the Website (descriptions, floor areas, furnishings, amenities, photographs, prices and availability) accurate and up to date. However, this information is provided for guidance only and may change without prior notice.

3.2. Listed prices are monthly rents in euros (€). Where a rent is stated to include amenities (e.g. Wi-Fi, heating, water), the precise scope and any caps are set out in the written lease agreement.

3.3. Photographs are illustrative. Minor differences in furniture, decor or equipment between photographs and the actual space are possible.

3.4. A "available" label does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability. Availability is confirmed only after you contact us directly.

3.5. The information on the Website does not constitute an offer to contract. Each tenancy is governed solely by the terms of the written lease agreement signed by the parties. In the event of any discrepancy between the Website and the lease, the lease prevails.

4.1. You may contact us via the contact form, by phone, WhatsApp, Viber, or email.

4.2. Submitting an enquiry does not create a reservation, any priority, or any obligation on either party. We will respond as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee a specific response time.

4.3. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information and not to submit messages on behalf of another person without their authorisation. Parents or guardians may enquire on behalf of students.

4.4. To protect against automated spam, we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service.

6.1. The Website uses or links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Viber, Google Maps, Google Fonts and Cloudflare. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, for which we bear no responsibility.

6.2. The Google Maps widget is loaded only after you give your consent.

6.3. Links to third-party websites are provided for your convenience. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it.

7.1. All content on the Website — including, without limitation, texts, photographs, graphics, the logo and the names "Antigoni Group" and "ΑΝΤΙΓΟΝΗ", the design and the code — is the intellectual property of Antigoni Group or is lawfully used under licence, and is protected by Greek and EU law (in particular Greek Law 2121/1993 on copyright).

7.2. Viewing the content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Reproducing, copying, modifying, republishing or commercially exploiting any content — in particular photographs of our spaces — without our prior written permission is prohibited.

9.1. The Website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will operate uninterruptedly or error-free, or that it will always be free of viruses or other harmful elements.

9.2. To the extent permitted by law, Antigoni Group is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website, or from reliance on information that proves inaccurate or out of date.

9.3. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor does it restrict any rights you have under Greek and EU law, in particular consumer-protection legislation (Greek Law 2251/1994).

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website and the "Last updated" date will be updated accordingly. We recommend checking this page periodically.

11.1. These Terms are governed by Greek law.

11.2. For any dispute arising from use of the Website we will first seek an amicable resolution. If that is not achieved, the courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions protecting consumers.

11.3. If you are a consumer, you may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or other alternative dispute resolution bodies.

12.1. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

12.2. These Terms are available in Greek and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Greek text prevails.
